Veronica Tae-Ahn Kang will speak about her Swiss-Korean food experience and collaborations, common ingredients and character of the Swiss-Korean menu.
Veronica Tae-Ahn Kang graduated Hotel School in Switzerland and has a master's degree in Tourism. She has over 20 years of experience in public relations and marketing for the deluxe hotels and food & beverage industry in Korea. She has developed and designed special Korean food tours for cultural immersion. The walking tours pair food experiences & cultural site visits which showcase her Korean heritage.

Veronica is acting as the Vice President of the World Association of Korean Food and Beverage and Gastro Tour Seoul CEO, she teaches at Sejong Cyber University of Culinary and Art department and writes articles for journals and online publishers. Profile HERE
