************************************************************************************** IMPORTANT: This form is for math courses with conflicting final exam times. Students will be issued an alternate exam time and location, NOT a new exam date. Students with three scheduled final exams in one day should refer to the Final Exam Policy (
http://www.njit.edu/registrar/exams/conflict.php
) to determine which exam is to be rescheduled. IMPORTANT: Non-academic examination conflicts will NOT be approved (e.g. planned trip or interview, work schedule, special event, requesting more time to study, etc.). ************************************************************************************** This application must be submitted no later than Friday, April 28, 2017. Please allow two business days for processing. Please DO NOT contact the Math department to inquire about the status of your application until two business days have passed. In order to process your application, you must complete the following steps: 1) Provide the course name and section number of each course which conflict with your final exam time. 2) Complete and submit this application. 3) You will be notified by email to come to the Math department – Cullimore Hall, Room 606 – to pick up the validated final exam conflict form.
