    The seminar will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, 4400 W Cypress Street, Tampa FL 33607. Hotel ph: 813-873-8675. Registration will be from 7:30 am to 8:00 am and a continental breakfast will be served. The seminar will be from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. There will be a bonus hour, for Q&A, if you wish to attend, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Please note lunch in NOT included. Cost: $150 for members, $160 for non members **Price includes a copy of Mr. Kalmanson's book "Overview of Florida's Construction Lien Law" - latest edition** Registration Deadline: April 13, 2017 - No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Based on contractual obligations with the hotel, refunds will not be given due to weather, including hurricanes. We have a few rooms blocked at the hotel the night before at the rate of $149.00. Once you register for the seminar, details on how to make a reservation at the group rate will be on your confirmation screen, which you can print. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is March 17, 2017.
