Auditorium Presentation Registration Form 2017 - 2018 School Year
PROGRAM LENGTH/TIMES: All Auditorium Presentations are 1 hour 45 minutes, 9:30 am - 11:15 am

PROGRAM COST: $6 per student, 6th-12th grade, and post-secondary schools
$5 per student for auditorium presentation if you are scheduling a hands-on program following the auditorium.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: You may now pay online for your program at aims.slu.edu, under “Make a Payment”. AIMS is no longer allowed to accept cash or multiple personal checks. Payment for the exact number of students in attendance may be made on the day of the program by one single check. We can invoice the school if you prefer. Checks must be made payable to Saint Louis University. When making reservations, please be considerate. Give us an accurate count of the number of students attending. We must turn others away when you make reservations for more students than you bring. Please let us know if your number to attend changes.

PLEASE NOTE: You also have the option of registering your students for one of two hands-on programs after the auditorium presentation. You can choose either a cadaver demonstration (students are hands-on as a human cadaver is opened and explored - High school juniors and seniors ONLY), or you can register your students for the "dissection of the day" (hands-on dissection - listed below in the dates of auditorium presentations). If you would like to register your students for either, please fill out necessary information after the "special comments" section. Please keep in mind with large groups that you may need to schedule back-to-back time slots, if your number of students exceeds the limit for the lab. The cadaver demonstration lab can accommodate up to 85 students at one time, and the dissection lab can accommodate 65 students at once. Students can eat lunch while waiting for their dissection time or we can help occupy their time with an informative video in the auditorium while waiting for their program.
