For interest in our Starflower Early Childhood Program (ages 3-5yrs), please fill out this information intake form. For new members, a tour and meeting is required to proceed with official enrollment application and/or placement on the waitlist.

Children in Starflower Early Childhood must be 3yrs old by the start of class (Sept 14, 2026) and be able to use the toilet when the need arises. Can/does your child use the toilet independently? *

The Starflower Program has a few options for attendance and prices.

With monthly co-op involvement:
Two half days (9:30-12:30) - $3400
Two full days (9:30- 2:30) - $5000

Four half days (9:30-12:30) - $6800
Four full days (9:30 - 2:30) - $10,000

Without monthly co-op involvement:
Two half days (9:30-12:30) - $4000
Two full days (9:30- 2:30) - $6000

*There are two, two day program options available. Please select your first choice, or both if no preference or desiring all 4 days. For accepted applicants, schedules will be assigned based on the following; sibling attendance & schedule, age/gender class balance, preference.

Has your child ever been a part of any sort of drop-off program? *
Starflower has a co-op requirement of up to one week per month. During this time the co-op parent of the week will assist around campus in various ways. 

The co-op portion of the class may be opted out of for an additional fee.

We will reach out to schedule an in-person meeting and/or tour before moving forward.

In the event there are no spaces available, or a child is not ready for the program or does not currently fit into the class balance, they will be placed on a waitlist for potential future enrollment.
