2017 Seitz & Sounds: Open Stage
Thank you for your interest to participate in a Seitz and Sounds Open Stage event! To apply to perform at one of our events, please complete the form below.

We provide a basic sound system with speakers, monitors, soundboard,three vocal microphones and two instrument microphones.  We do have the capability of plugging in additional equipment if you need it. If you have any questions about set up, please ask in the last box on the form.

Seitz & Sounds Open Stage is a free community event run by volunteers.  Like many other local open stage events, performers are welcome to participate but are not paid.  Performers will be promoted through Seitz & Sounds, South Bend Venues Parks & Arts and DTSB social media through all of their channels.

In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness appears.   I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge agents, employees or representatives of Seitz & Sounds Open Stage and Dietz Productions, LLC, The City of South Bend, Venues Parks & Arts, and DTSB Inc, from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. *
