Please use this form to renew or apply for a new membership in the Niagara Modern Quilt Guild. Complete the form with your name and contact information. Membership is $50.00 annually and is confirmed when fees are paid.

Please either fill out an online form or a paper form at a guild meeting. (Not Both)

Membership in the Niagara Modern Quilt Guild gives you all the benefits of the Modern Quilt Guild. Our membership runs from January to December.

Payments can be made by etransfer to niagaramqg@gmail.com A cheque or cash is the method of payment at a regular scheduled meetings. Questions can be directed to niagaramqg@gmail.com.
