We're thrilled to have you join our event! Please read the following registration process carefully to ensure a smooth experience. Remember, spots are limited, and exclusive!

Step 1: Limited Spots and Application Opening
We are delighted to welcome schools to participate in our event! Please note that we have a total of 10 spots available, with one school per sector per country. 

If two schools from the same sector and country are highly nominated and both schools registered we will seek their approval for exclusivity exemption.

Applications for school participation are open now.

Step 2: Payment DeadlinesTo secure your school's spot, we require timely payment of the Standard Package fee of $6,950 (plus HST) by July 30.

Additional Guests:
Kindly confirm the attendance of any additional guests by July 30th, 2025. This will assist us in organizing and planning their accommodations effectively.
  • For a shared room, a fee of $600 USD (plus HST) applies for a second guest staying in the applicant's hotel room.
  • For a separate room, the cost is $1,200 USD (plus HST). We are committed to ensuring your comfort and accommodating your preferences.
Cancellation and Waiting List:
If we do not receive the payment by the respective deadlines, the application will be considered canceled, and we will proceed to accept applications from schools on the waiting list. We highly recommend submitting your payment on time to ensure your school's participation.
