Application for the Cultivate Festival on Sept. 23, 24 and 25, 2022 at Haute Goat in Port Hope, ON

Friday - 5pm - 9pm
Saturday 11am - 9pm
Sunday 11am - 5pm

Anyone can apply, but priority will be given to those who operate locally, and use local ingredients in their menu.

All food vendors must adhere to local public health guidelines as well as all COVID safety protocols. Safety is the first priority.

Every vendor is required to make themselves available the entire time that the festival is open. There will be financial penalties for those who close early. Do you accept this? *

We are using a cashless transaction system this year that will require you to manage your own POS from your phones. It's suggested that you bring an extra phone and chargers. Please acknowledge your acceptance. All sales will go through Cultivate and you will by paid out at the end of the weekend minus the 15% fee. *
You will supply your own compostable serving dishes and cutlery. *

Describe your proposed menu? It's highly suggested that you don't offer too many items. Items offered are most popular when the are prepared quickly. We will work with vendors to ensure there is no crossover with menu items. Menu items are first come, first served. *
