To register your group to volunteer with Delta Grace, please fill out and submit this form along with your deposit of $25 per participant. Requested dates will not be held without a deposit. You can submit your deposit online for an additional 2% fee via Paypal (paypal.me/deltagraceinc), or by sending a check to:
