Continuation Requirements

To participate in all continuation week activities, your students must meet the following requirements by 3:50pm on the day PRIOR to the event:

  • No D's or F’s in their classes for quarter 4
  • An overall attendance percentage of 92% or higher

  • Completed iCAP questions for grades 6th-8th

  • If your student has been assigned 5 or more hours of PASS class or OSS, they will be required to sign a behavior contract and meet with the 8th Grade Team to re-earn their eligibility. If the behavior contract is broken they will not be eligible to participate in continuation activities (including walking the stage). Contracts will not be given out past May 16th. If it's past May 16th, and a student NOT on a contract gets OSS and /or 5+ hours in PASS, they will lose continuation field trips (Elitches, Skate City, Field Day). Continuation Committee will decide if incident is serious enough to not walk the stage.

If your student has not met these requirements (by 3:50pm the day prior), the expectation is that they are on campus working on the necessary items to be eligible for the following day’s activities! *If staff deems your child is not actively working to become eligible we will call home for them to be picked up*
Please sign your name below to indicate you understand the requirements your student needs to meet in order to be eligible for continuation activities: *
