Christ has given leaders to His Church to equip the saints for the work of ministry and build up the body of Christ. At First Bryan, we believe this calling includes intentionally investing in the next generation of Church leaders. SOD exists to help college students discover, develop, and steward their God-given gifts so that the church is strengthened, unified, and increasingly reflects the fullness of Christ. Our prayer is that students will learn to faithfully serve Christ and His Church for a lifetime. (Ephesians 4:11–16; 1 Peter 4:10-11)
