Host Application - 2023 Wenonah Porchfest
DEADLINE APRIL 29 (but the sooner the better!)

please note: Applicants are not guaranteed a slot in festival (varied factors such as distance from other
participating porches, number of performers, etc. are considered to properly serve the greater needs of
the festival). Special priority is given to ensure that each performer has reasonable access to a sizable
audience. That all said, sincere and considerable efforts will be made to include as many hosts as
possible ๐Ÿ˜Š

SOME BASIC INFO ON EVENT
----Wenonah Porchfest is Sat May 20, 2023, 2pm- 9 or 10pm (TBD), Wenonah NJ (Rain or shine)
----Porches will be paired with performers to best serve the needs of the festival (with considerations made
for specific needs/requests)
----Hosts are not required to provide food/drinks/seating, but such accommodations are very much
appreciatedย ๐Ÿ˜Šย !
----Hosts are expected to have porch appropriately prepped for performers before arrival
----We encourage hosts to connect with corroborating performers prior to event to ensure set up goes
smoothly (contact details will be provided)
----Hosts will be notified of acceptance (and corresponding schedules) by May 7
