- i do take nsfw commissions, however they are limited to YCH comms as of this moment !! {nsfw comms will not be posted on my main acc but will be posted on my nsfw, i do not and will not take nsfw comms from anyone under 18}

- i do not draw heavy gore (blood, slight gore and candy gore is okay)

- i will not take commissions if the commissioner doesn’t supply clear references !

- i will not change my art style to fit your commission (unless the style is my style from previous years)

- i will only send the final artwork after confirmation that payment has been sent (sketches and progress will be sent without payment and if you’ve sent over half of the full payment)

- i do not take commissions from anyone under the age of 16 without parental permission to do so !!

- i do not give refunds for art once it is in the process of being made or once it’s finished !! (if you’re not happy with the work i am willing to add / change things but it will come at an additional cost depending on complexity, if its due to my forgetfulness additional costs are free of charge)

- depending on work load comms will take from 1 week to 1 month to finish !! plz be mindful of this and don’t hesitate to ask about progress to your comm if needed

- *i have every right to turn down a commission if i don’t want or simply can not draw it*

- plz respect my boundaries, do not send unwanted or unasked for images or videos, and plz do not converse with me on anything other than your commission especially if we don’t interact often online <3

- any art listed on my kofi is limited to my kofi and must be purchased through there, my kofi is limited to discounts, sales, adopts and {sfw} ych comms. regular comms can be obtained through my socials when comms are opened !!

all comms taken outside of kofi are charged based on the complexity of the commission, i price my standard art based on time taken and required skill, this means comms may come at a higher or lower price based on what you send to be drawn and how you want it to be drawn !!

- i do not allow my art to be heavily edited in any way, this includes whitewashing, aged up or down a custom for sexual purposes, allow minors to access designs with nsfw, anything that breaks the law outside of the boundaries of artistic expression {eg cp or zoophilia, pedophilia}

i am not responsible for what the owner of one of my designs, commissioned art or giveaway//adopted characters does with said art !!

if any of these terms are broken you will be blacklisted and i have full rights to re obtain my designs//work

my dni is what you’d expect, i will not accept commissions from bigots, proshippers, zoophiles, ppl who comm for kinks i find uncomfortable or any other controversial community

this also includes ppl i find to be rude or simply have blocked already

not following my dni and breaching my boundaries will cause you to be put on my public blacklist (if you’re not already on it)


id also like to add that i DO NOT allow my art to be ran through AI nor to i allow for my art to be included in AI software, if this if found to be the case for you or anyone else involved you and those involved will be blocked and blacklisted !!
