StAr credits for Dutch dispensers

Please fill out this form to receive your StAr credits for the Fifth International Meeting on Internet & Audiology and return to us no later than May 14th, 2021. We will then submit your credits for you. Total credits allowed: ~10 per day (~40 credits in total)*
*Due to an administrative error, the total number of credits that - at the time of writing - is announced in PE-online is 52 in total. However, this number is incorrect, as it corresponds to 3-hour conference days. As there are 2.5-hour conference days, the number will be adjusted a.s.a.p. We are sorry for any inconvenience this many have caused.

IMPORTANT: Please note that only full day attendance (2.5 hr/day) will yield credits.
