DESIGNER APPLICATION DEADLINE-September 1st or when full.
Available Store Sizes:
Sponsor- includes 2 gacha machines in front of store and included in advertising at event and on website. (100 prims/$2800)
Regular-(50 prims/$1200)
Cart-(15 prims/$500)

Fees are due upon acceptance and payable directly to allie munro no later than September 1st. Send a note card receipt with your store name, your name, a copy of your payment and full perm logo to allie munro upon payment for records and publicity.

SPONSORS-Sponsors will be listed on the event website as well as all social media/event note cards, advertising and signage around the event site.

1 exclusive item-may have as many exclusives as you would like. Seraphim will only show 2 on their coverage. You can post your exclusives to our flickr and facebook pages yourself. Exclusive means just that- something you have not done or sold before. Something you have not recolored or pulled from 3 years ago. MUST be themed. Use the exclusive tag to mark your exclusive designs.
1 10L special- we provide the packaging which has a display for an image of your item. PLEASE change this out each event-we have repeat shoppers and 10L can add up quickly.
*Your 10L packaging, exclusive tags, gacha machines and billboards do not count in your final prim count. Additional prims are $25L each if needed. Please pay allie munro and send a note card showing payment, your name, store name and how many prims you are paying for.

This event is our most popular of the year and fills up FAST. Once a store level is full, you will be moved down to the one below or offered a spot on the wait list.

The Mad Circus is not your "typical" Halloween theme-

The theme of the event is HALLOWEEN, DARK, TWISTED, ALICE IN WONDERLAND, & CIRCUS BIZARRE. Of course feel free to Halloween your heart out! Anything scary, creepy, twisted because we are ALL MAD HERE.


PLEASE READ below the requirements for designers before applying:

-This is a VERY busy time of year for designers. Work in advance. Please do not wait until the week of to start getting your designs ready. After 12 years here, it's something I have learned the hard way. You will thank yourselves later.

-Marketplace stores are welcome to apply.

- We will not accept kids stores as this is a darker themed event.

-Once accepted, you need to rez the event poster in your main store. If you do not have an in-world store, add a pick to your profile for TMC.

-You are expected to adhere to the set-up deadlines and rules. We will contact you on Wed. prior to the event if we have not seen you appear on the sim for set-up. Friday, Oct. 4th at 6pm SLT, we will replace any store that has not contacted us via note card or spoken to us in person while we are online.

-2 types of scripts are allowed : vendors and LM giver only. NO spamming, NO float text or group/subscribers allowed. (you may have a group/subscriber sign in your space as long as it does not spam chat or IM) Gacha machines are only allowed in the gacha area and are available for $199L each-available on a 1st come basis. NO gacha machines inside your stores. Sponsors will have 2 in front of their stores which is included in their sponsor package-all other designers will be allowed to purchase once the event opens. If you cam onto the sim before we open for set up and purchase items they will be returned to you and new ones set-up. NO money will be returned for these items.

-Please respect your neighbors by keeping your set-up in the space you're allowed. Nothing outside your booth (if booth set-up has space for adornment outside, we will allow you to add items within the theme of your store set-up within reason). Sponsors can put mesh signs up above their stores out front. Feel free to decorate! We want you to get creative and make your space your own. Go with the theme, there is such a wide variety of things you can do!

-Designers not ready in time need to NC Allie Munro if you have any issues at all with being ready to go for the event. We will replace stores with the wait list starting FRIDAY OCT. 4TH at 6PM SLT. If you have to pull out for any reason at all or do not show up, we are sorry but once your spot is paid for, we do not refund money as we shell a lot out for design, advertising and sim cost.

24 stores sponsors @ 100 prims each $2800 (comes with 2 gacha machines)
44 stores regular @ 50 prims each $1200L
14 carts @15 prims each $500L

Gacha machines (event gacha area only-not allowed inside individual storefronts ) $199L each-can purchase as many as you would like-no pricing rules on items. Available on a first come basis until sold out. You may rez a DEMO sign with your gacha for shoppers to test it first as well as specific body-type signs (i.e. maitreya, slink etc) We highly suggest that gachas be within the seasonal theme.

Billboards for ads will be available on sim at $299L each-when they are gone they are gone.
Information about payment will be included in the acceptance note card.
Fees are due upon acceptance. The last day we will accept payments is Sept. 1st.-no exceptions unless you speak with allie about a payment arrangement.

Sept 30- designer set-up begins
OCT 4-designers need to be set-up no later than 6:00PM SLT-you will be replaced at that time if not ready w/ no communication to allie munro via NC.
OCT 4-sim open for bloggers
OCT 5-12 noon EST show will open to the public
OCT 31-Sim closes at midnight

Fees are due upon acceptance and no later than September 1st.
