I want to include the following information in the ADDA Membership Directory:
The Membership Directory is only available to fellow members of ADDA and will not be shared with the public. The Membership Directory will be emailed to members and made available on the password protected portion of the ADDA website. Every member's name will be included. Please write your contact information as you would like it to appear in the directory. Consider including your employer/title, personal/work phone number, personal/work email address, physical address, website, specialty, etc.
I want to include the following information on the "Find a Dietitian" section of the ADDA website:
Each year, ADDA receives a variety of questions via our website, Facebook, and email. If you are willing to share your expertise or wish to receive referrals, please let us know what information we can post on our website or privately send to requesters. Consider including your employer/title, personal/work phone number, personal/work email address, physical address, website, specialty, referral needs, etc. You must be a current registered dietitian to be included.
Do you use Facebook?
We hope to start a member-only Facebook group to help members get connected, answer nutrition questions, accept local referrals, and help each other out.
