Southern California LA & OC Body & Brain Yoga/TaiChi Instructors joined together to share with you something which we all love.  Body & Brain opened its first California studio 23 years ago and has since been loved and enjoyed by many in our community.

Since March 26th, we began to offer virtual Body & Brain classes for our family, friends & community to introduce a way to manage our health, not just physically, but also emotional & mental well-being.  Each virtual group class will be an interactive experience which we can use to improve the overall well-being for ourselves, our loved ones & our community.  During this period, these classes will be offered for three weeks free of charge.

So far more than 300 people from 12 countries have participated our class. We are so happy to reach out and be able to teach many people around the world.
We would like to continue to offer free 3 weeks virtual classes until the end of August. We believe that more people need this kind of time and space in their daily lives.

We want to create with you that feeling of joy & hopefulness that we've experienced together within our training rooms, and now with our friends & family all over the world!  Let's Get Bright!
