Please complete this form to apply for the 2019 American Wrecking and National Demolition Chapter Member Scholarship. Please note, ONLY current NDA Regular Members belonging to the Southern California Chapter of the NDA are eligible to apply for these two scholarships.

The deadline to submit this application is April 30, 2019.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SCHOLARSHIPS:
 
-Applicant must be a dependent of an owner, a dependent of an employee or an employee of a Regular Member Company of the National Demolition Association.
-Applicant must be nominated by an owner or officer of a National Demolition Association Regular Member Company.
-Applicants must include an official transcript and a current resume
-Applicant must complete all sections of this application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed by the Awards Committee.
-Application must be turned in by the deadline. Late applications will be not be reviewed by the Awards Committee.

AWARDS AND SELECTION PROCESS
 
-All of the scholarships will be awarded as a one-time payment made payable to the school only and mailed to the Registrar of the selected school.
-The Awards Committee will select the recipient and the scholarship they’ll be awarded. The scholarship winners will be recognized at the National Demolition Association’s Southern California Chapter Member Dinner in Summer 2019. Winners are invited to attend but need not be present at the dinner to receive a scholarship.
