5) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to move data;
6) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body;
7) Providing personal data is voluntary.
You can choose to not provide any personal data by not filling in this survey, and still participate in the simulation, at which time you may choose to share personal information with your event moderator. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to
gdpr@crs.org.pl.
