At Badlands Hair Studio we advocate that stylists feel confident and equipped to work with ALL hair textures and provide ongoing education to develop (or enhance) this skillset.
At Badlands Hair Studio we are committed to using clean hair care products, ammonia-free hair color, and implementing salon sustainability practices.
At Badlands Hair Studio we are big proponents of advanced education. Regardless of the position you are applying for (apprentice or stylist), all employees are expected to complete onboarding training prior to servicing clients. In addition, all stylists must complete a minimum of 4 hours of continuing education each year.
