2019 Vancouver Holiday Market Application
Welcome to the Vancouver Farmers Market's, Vancouver Holiday Market. This festive event takes place inside the Hilton Vancouver, and is curated to provide holiday shoppers an early chance to find some of the highest quality products in the northwest. The Vancouver Holiday Market is made up of vendors who hand-make their own unique, creative, top-notch products, we are so glad you want to be part of it. For those new to this market we hope that you have a great experience. And to returning vendors, thank you for all you have done to contribute to our success over the years!

Friday, November 29th, 3:00pm -8:00pm *FRIDAY IS FULL - NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SATURDAY/SUNDAY*
Saturday, November 30th, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday, December 1st, 10:00am - 4:00pm

Current VFM vendors and returning holiday market vendors will receive priority until September 6th, 2019. No applications will be considered until payment is received in full. Your payment is non-refundable after October 31st, 2019.

The Vancouver Tree Lighting will take place on Friday, November 29th, in and around the Vancouver Hilton.
HOLIDAY MARKET VENDOR SPACE IS VERY LIMITED ON FRIDAY BECAUSE OF THIS EVENT.
Spaces are assigned based on a number of factors including 3 day attendance and application timeliness.
Applications to attend only on Friday will not be considered.

Current VFM Vendors:
Current Vendors may only sell what they are approved to sell during the regular market season. New items must be juried to be eligible for sale.
New Vendor Requirements
1. In order to ensure the highest quality, products must be juried (free of charge) to participate in the market. Vendors may only sell products that they have juried, all other items will be ineligible for sale. Juries will be held on the evenings of October 1st and 24th, 2019, details will be emailed to you (reasonable accommodations can be made if you are unavailable to attend). If you are a returning Holiday Market vendor selling the same products, you are not required to re-jury.

2. Passing the Holiday Market jury/approval process does not carry over to the 2020 outdoor market season. If you wish to sell at the VFM in 2020, please apply online when the application process opens. Our website will be updated with application details in December, www.vancouverfarmersmarket.com.

3. You must provide proof of appropriate business licensing. (Other permits may be required based on product, for example Health Department Permit for baked goods.)

Current VFM Vendors:
Regular Space 10' x 10': $50 Per Day / Three Days $135
Corner Space 10' x 10': $65 Per Day / Three Days $180
Half Space 5' x 10': $40 Per Day / Three Days $105

Non VFM Vendors:
Regular Space 10' x 10': $65 Per Day / Three Days $180
Corner Space 10' x 10': $75 Per Day / Three Days $215
Half Space 5' x 10': $45 Per Day / Three Days $125

Electricity: $40 Per Day / Three Days $100

WiFi will be provided free of charge for all market vendors.
