The deadline date for submitting a Preliminary Course Proposal is March 1, 2019.
The Theme Term Advisory Committee will review all submissions, determine if they qualify to be considered part of the Theme Term, assess the range of course proposal topics, advise the proposer of people and resources that might be helpful, and suggest ways in which the proposal can fit in and support the overarching Theme Term on Appalachia. Prior to the end of April, the Theme Term Advisory Committee will communicate their advice and counsel with the proposer, and the proposer will then submit the full CFS Course Proposal form.
The deadline for the Fall term course proposals is May 1, 2019.
3. For your files, a copy of your completed course proposal will be sent back to you by the email address on the form to confirm your submission. Within a short period of time, the CFS committee working on the Theme Term will contact you.
4. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the CFS Program Manager Herb Gunn by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
