The HAPPY HEART YOGA, LLC Exercise Class helps inform individuals about exercises that can be performed at home with little exercise equipment. This Exercise Class is completely voluntary. You are welcome to participate in all of the exercises, some of the exercises, or none of the exercises performed in the class. If you do not feel safe or comfortable performing any exercises in class, feel free to sit out and watch. 

By signing this waiver release form at the bottom of the page, you acknowledge ALL of the following:

1) I am voluntarily participating in the HAPPY HEART YOGA, LLC Exercise Class.

2) I understand that the Exercise Class includes physical activity such as, but not limited to: lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, and other movements. I understand that the exercise portion of the class may be physically strenuous at times and may cause injury, harm, damage and/or loss.

3) I agree to assume full responsibility for any inherent risks or injury which may occur as a result of participating in the Exercise Class. Such injuries may include, but are not limited to: heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, soreness, or any other illness.

4) I release HAPPY HEART YOGA, LLC and their representatives or employees of any claim of risk, injury, harm, damage and/or loss, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from my participation in the Exercise Class.

5) I understand that HAPPY HEART YOGA, LLC takes safety seriously. If for any reason I do not feel safe or comfortable performing any exercise or physical activity in the Exercise Class I have the option to sit out and not perform the exercise or physical activity.
