If you're having issues with connecting to the game itself, or you keep disconnecting once you're in the game, please ensure you do not have multiple MyVMK windows open and that you're not also logged in on another device.
Please note that the following issues should NOT be reported in this form, and should be reported as a Call for Help in game:
- Item(s) missing from your inventory
- Not receiving a HOST event prize when you believe you should have
- Disconnecting during a HOST event
- Issues with tasks in a Quest
