These are the healthcare workers who serve patients at every step of seeking care at Kaiser Permanente. They schedule, check you in and care for you during appointments. They draw labs, scan for injuries and illnesses, fill lifesaving medications, and provide over the phone health and administrative assistance when you need it most.

They are overworked and understaffed, and they're asking for your support as patients and members of our community, as they strike against Kaiser's labor practices, for better care for all of us.
