During this workshop, MUD Tool Librarian and professional butcher Heather Graham will teach us tool safety and deer anatomy, and then guide participants through the process of quartering, deboning, cleaning, and packaging. Participants will get hands-on experience with a deer taken at the end of this hunting season.
The workshop is on Saturday, December 1st from 1 - 4 PM at the Nourishing Cultures Kitchen, located at 2825 Stockyard Rd, Suite C2 in Missoula, MT. There is no registration fee for the workshop, but there are limited spots available and participants must sign up ahead of time.
We can only accept 10 participants, so please register as soon as you can. If you can't make it, please let us know so that we can give your spot to another participant! I will be calling to confirm attendance in the week before the workshop.
