EU DisinfoLab Annual Conference 5-6 MAY 2020 in Brussels
Between 5-6 May, we will explore issues such as the business model behind disinformation, freedom of speech online, and digital regulation.
Join a community of experts in discussions and interactive presentations in exploring these issues, with the aim of building concrete policy proposals for European decision-makers.
The opening speech will be given by Nandini Jammi from Sleeping Giants, a social media activism organisation aiming to persuade companies to remove advertisements from certain news outlets.
Concluding remarks of the conference will be given by Věra Jourová, Vice President for Values and Transparency in the European Commission.
Other speakers include Graphika's Camille François, Mirko Ceselkoski, internet marketing consultant and “fake news” strategist from Macedonia, and neuroscientist Albert Moukheiber.
