Complete the application below to be considered for the 2026 season. Please review the following information carefully. 

Please Note: there is a non-refundable application fee of $25. This must be paid at the time of your application and be sent in along with any necessary supporting documents. 

Supporting Documents:
  • Along with the application, agricultural vendor applicants must submit proof of their up-to-date MyPick verification (or proof that they have applied to the program)
Your application will not be considered complete and will not be considered for the 2026 season unless all of these items are included.

Fees can be paid via e-transfer to accounts@lakefieldfarmersmarket.ca or sent by cheque to: Lakefield Farmers' Market, P.O. Box 22, Lakefield, ON K0L 2H0.
