Held annually, Fall Forum is a recreational and educational opportunity planned for 4-H’ers in the 9th-12th grades. Students will participate in workshops facilitated by teen leaders, recreation, and community service activities, as well as a performance by Clovers and Co on Saturday night!
This year’s Fall Forum will be held at Rock Eagle 4-H Center on December 13-14, 2025. Registration for Fall Forum is open to any current 9th-12th grade 4-H member in the 2025-2026 school term. The State Board of Directors did an excellent job laying the groundwork to make this a memorable event. They chose a Home-Alone-inspired theme for this year’s event, with the slogan “
You are Never Alone in Your 4-H Home!”Registration closes on November 25th.
Certified teen leaders are needed to serve in various leadership roles, such as workshop instructors, community service leaders, or recreation leaders. Teen leaders must commit to the entire weekend. If you wish to apply, please let Miss Lauren know, and she will send you the application.
What: Fall Forum
Who: Students who are currently in the 9th-12th grade for the 25-26 school year who live or attend school in Columbia County.
When: December 13-14
Cost: $105 per student. A $30 cancellation fee is in effect for drops after 11/26/25 per the state office
What does it include? Transportation to and from Rock Eagle, lodging, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast, and all activities
How do I pay? Credit card payments can be made online, in full, via an emailed invoice.
Payments can also be made either by check via mail or in-person at the Extension Office. We accept checks, cash, card, and money orders. We do not take American Express or accept payments over the phone. Our address is 6420 Pollards Pond Rd. Appling, GA 30802. We are open M-F from 8:30-4:30, closed 12-1 for lunch. Forms: All students are required to have a signed Code of Conduct (electronic), and a Medical Release Form on file. These will be emailed.
