WVSU Food Pantry Request Form

The WVSU Food Pantry has two locations. The main location is in 123 Sullivan Hall, East within the office of Counseling and Wellness Services. This location has a wide range of food options, including frozen foods. The second location is in the Department of Social Work's student lounge. This location has food that can be microwaved and grab and go options. All registered students are able to use wither location.

To request food from the main location, stop by the 1st Floor of Sullivan Hall, East between 9:00 am - Noon and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm M-F, call 304.766.3168, or complete this form. If using the form our staff will contact you to arrange a pick up time. Please bring your student ID when picking up food. If you are visiting the Social Work student lounge location please complete this form and take the items you need.
