We are living in a time marked by uncertainty, polarization, grief, and rapid change. Many of us long to respond to suffering and complexity with wisdom and compassion, yet find ourselves overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected from our deepest center.
This two-part online seminar offers a contemplative space to explore the relationship between Sacred Listening and Sacred Responding as foundations for compassionate action in everyday life.
Through guided contemplative practices, reflective dialogue, and communal discernment, participants will deepen their capacity to remain present, listen deeply, and respond with greater awareness, humility, and integrity.
