Terms and Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions have been compiled to give clear guidelines on the registration process and cancellation policy.
To confirm your registration for the seminar, payment must be received by DAA Group within seven days of registration. Please pay the amount on the invoice that was emailed to you when you registered. DAA Group accepts direct payments via internet banking or bank direct. Please refer to your invoice for payment instructions.

Cancellations
We aim for everyone to enjoy the seminars we are proud to run. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change for some people. In light of this, our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Substitutions may be made at any stage up to 48 hours prior to the seminar, at no additional charge
• Up to 10 working days before the seminar a full refund will be issued minus a $20 administration fee per registrant
• Alternatively, a full transfer of the registration to a future seminar can be made at no extra cost
• Cancellations made 5 - 10 working days before the seminar may enable a transfer of 50% of the registration fee to a future seminar, with the balance being invoiced when registrations open for that seminar
• Five or less working days before the seminar no refund will be issued
