Glenbrook 2023-2024 Dismissal/Absence/Late Arrival Form
Accurate recording of student attendance is required per the state. Please complete all information requested below to report your child absent or being dismissed.

Absences:  Please complete this form by 8 am for an absence on the same day.  You may complete it for future absences as far in advance as you like.
Dismissals: This form should be completed 24 hours in advance of the dismissal so that the dismissal can be processed.  If you need to dismiss your child during the current school day, please call 565-4250 for assistance.

Students are responsible for following up with their teachers to make up any work they may have missed during their absence.
