SUMMER ADVENTURE 2020 Registration
Summer Adventure - for students entering kindergarten through grade 6 in the fall, 2020
8:30 - 4:00 p.m. After-Program care available (additional fee) from 4-6 p.m (no after-program care July 17)

Come have some great summer fun right here at Hildreth Elementary! We use HES Room 151, gym, staff lounge and cafeteria as well as the playground, the Town Beach (If you choose to have your child participate in optional swim lessons at the pond we will register them and take the children to lessons while they are with our program). Lots of fun activities! We all walk to the pond for Morning swim (playing on the beach for those not taking lessons). Project of the Day, games, nature, art & drama, free swim or beach playtime at the end of the day. A fun field trip is being planned (the week of July 20-24), more information coming soon.

Week 5 July 27-31 (5 days) Fun with Paper-- Paper Mache, paper projects, costume fun!
Week 6 August 3-7 (5 days) Last Blast of Summer Adventure!

Week 1 (4 days) $232
Weeks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (5 days/wk) $290/week
Individual days may be available on a space available basis, fee $70/day, $95/Field Trip Day. Contact the Community Education office for more information.

SAVE: Register by MAY 15, IF your child attends More than 1 week AND you register BY MAY 15, you may deduct $10 off tuition for each additional week (first week is full price). FULL Payment must be received by June 1. Discount does not apply to After Care, Swim Lessons and/or Tennis Lessons.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. If a session is full we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. $100 non-refundable deposit required with registration. Full tuition payment is due by June 1.

Procedure to register: Fill out this form AND:

Mail in or drop off $100 Deposit check (within 48 hours)
Pay ONLINE (electronic check) at the school’s Online Payment Center,
Use the Community Education - SUMMER ADVENTURE option for online payment (electronic check). IF you make payment online, PLEASE email your payment confirmation number to (we do not receive notification from the bank when a payment is made).

EMERGENCY FORMS and PHYSICAL FORM (child's most recent Physical, must be within 13 months) and mail or deliver to: Harvard Community Education, 39 Mass. Ave., Harvard, MA 01451 FORMS DUE NO LATER THAN JUNE 1 with Tuition Balance (students will be removed from the roster if forms are not received by June 1, no refund will be given).

Refund Policy: Program Fee is non-refundable. Fee will be returned only if a session is cancelled.

Swim Lessons (Optional)
Swim Lessons are $75/session per child. If you choose to register the same child for 2 sessions, the second session is $52.50. Two-week sessions are ONLY the dates listed, cannot be combined or swapped.
Tennis Lessons* - (Optional - details not yet available)
*Information for Tennis Lessons Summer 2020 is not yet available. We hope to be able to offer the tennis option for the weeks listed below. IF you are interested, please note which week/s you are interested in. We will contact you when information becomes available. (NOTE: Scheduling does not allow for doing swim lessons and tennis) Child must be attending Summer Adventure the week you are registering for. If you would like your child to take tennis lessons on a week that they will not be at SA please see the online Tennis Registration once information is available. For Reference, last year (2019) information: Ages4-5, 8:15-9 a.m., Ages 6-8 9-10 a.m., Ages 9-11 10-11:30 a.m.
