You are able to help us plan, prepare, and host a great back-to-school BBQ in the following ways:
1. Drop off items prior to the event (no later than Tuesday, August 15)2. Help us setup for the event inside the gymnasium prior to the BBQ starting (Friday, August 18 from 10:30-12:00)3. Help us cook hot dogs and hamburgers the day of the event. (Friday, August 18 from 11:30-12:30)4. Help us serve families, faculty, staff, and students during the event. (Friday, August 18 11:45-1:00 p.m.)5. Help us break-down the event inside the gymnasium at the end of the event (Friday, August 18 from 1:00-2:00 p.m.)
