Back-To-School BBQ Signup
We can't wait to see everyone back at GPS for the 2017-2018 school year. We are throwing a Back-To-School BBQ on the second day of classes, August 18 (Friday). We are planning on eating around 12:00 p.m. and we are looking for volunteers!

You are able to help us plan, prepare, and host a great back-to-school BBQ in the following ways:

1. Drop off items prior to the event (no later than Tuesday, August 15)
2. Help us setup for the event inside the gymnasium prior to the BBQ starting (Friday, August 18 from 10:30-12:00)
3. Help us cook hot dogs and hamburgers the day of the event. (Friday, August 18 from 11:30-12:30)
4. Help us serve families, faculty, staff, and students during the event. (Friday, August 18 11:45-1:00 p.m.)
5. Help us break-down the event inside the gymnasium at the end of the event (Friday, August 18 from 1:00-2:00 p.m.)
