9th Indie-Siyensya Film Festival Sign-up Form

DOST-SEI, in partnership with UP NISMED, invites you to the 9th Indie-Siyensya Film Festival on 6 November 2025 (Thursday), at the Vidal Tan Hall AVR (beside UP NISMED Main Building), Quirino Avenue, UP Diliman Campus, Metro Manila.

Indie-Siyensya is the first science filmmaking competition organized by the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI). The festival aims to bring science closer to the youth and the general public through the power of film.

Film Schedule:

  • 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:30 PM – 5:10 PM

Please note: 
Filling out this form does NOT guarantee a slot. Attendance will still be on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited slots only.

After the screening, viewers will have the chance to vote for the best film. Snacks will be served afterward.
