About us

Pura Vida – Transformation in Gemeinschaft e.V. was born from the belief that the current polycrisis we are facing on social, environmental and economic levels is also rooted in a deeper crisis of consciousness, connection and care.

Through transformational learning experiences — combining workshops, art, music and joyful celebrations — we create spaces where people can deepen their relationship with themselves, with others and with the planet.

Our mission is to contribute to loving and thriving communities, nourish social and ecological ecosystems, and establish a culture of care.

What we are looking for
We are looking for people who feel connected to this mission and want to contribute their time, skills and energy on a voluntary basis. As a Pura Vida Steward, you take on an important role in helping create transformative festival experiences for others.

Good to know
A team member holds often multiple roles. All roles in our team are voluntary and unpaid. At the same time, being part of Pura Vida offers meaningful work, community, learning, personal growth, creative collaboration and the chance to help shape a growing transformation movement.

Before applying, please honestly reflect on your current capacity. We are looking for people who can contribute reliably and ideally on a longer-term basis, alongside their other responsibilities in life.
