Uintah Grad Night Registration Form 2025

▶︎After registering here you must pay $60.00 for your student through Venmo or PayPal.  If paying through PayPal please add $2.50 for fees.  Venmo is preferred choice of payment.  If you are unable to use either of those methods, please contact Desiree Sutton for payment at 435-790-5122 or at UHSgradnight22@gmail.com.

AGGIE BLVD SIGNS
Please pay an additional $12.00 for a sign placed on Aggie Blvd.  These signs will be placed the week of graduation.  We will use the photo used for the yearbook.  

You may pay for both the registration and the sign together.  If using Venmo please pay $72.00 (for both) with student's name.

If paying by PayPal you may pay for both registration and sign together.  Please pay $75.00 (due to fees) with student's name.
