Auditioning Departments   -   Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm

• Conservatory Dance
• World Dance
• Instrumental Music - brass, woodwind, strings, (no guitar, piano, or flute)
• Vocal Music - Bass, Baritone, Tenor
• Electronic Music

AUDITION LOCATION:   Ruth Asawa School of the Arts, located at 555 Portola Drive

CHECK-IN TIME:   15 minutes prior to your audition

CHECK-IN LOCATION:  Main Office, Asawa SOTA

The Art Departments listed above are the ONLY departments offering auditions.  We are NOT AUDITIONING in the following departments:   Architecture & Design, Creative Writing, Media & Film, Technical Theater - Stagecraft/Costume & Fashion, Musical Theater, Theater Arts, Visual Art

Auditioning Students:

• Please be on time for your audition.  We are unable to reschedule auditions.

Audition Guidelines:

• Auditioning students must live in San Francisco
• Students select one art department and remain in that department for 4 years
• Auditioning students must have submitted an SFUSD Application requesting Asawa SOTA
