About Active Healthy Me 
Active Healthy Me is a free Health and Wellbeing eLearning programme containing 6 Modules.  It is delivered by staff directly to people with disabilities in their adult day service locations. The programme was developed in partnership with the HSE to support the adoption of a positive culture and to build the capacity among people with disabilities and adult day service locations towards the awareness and understanding of the health benefits of physical activity.
