Medina Streetscape Improvements Survey
Attention: Owners of businesses or property within the nine blocks around the Square and three blocks South of the Square ONLY! Main Street Medina's Design Committee is seeking your thoughts about the overall condition of the Historic and South Town Districts - from the building stock to public amenities. As stakeholders and investors in the community, please take a few moments to complete this survey. It will help guide priorities in improving our streetscape. We will share the results with you.

NOTE: If you own one more than one business or property, please complete a separate survey for each so we have complete and correct data.

Thank you!
