Technical Support & Website Updates
The aim of this form is to collect all the essential information required for Glide to provide you with a website update or technical support. This will also allow us to supply you with an upfront quote for our time.

Technical support for your website will continue as included after the launch date for a period of 30 calendar days. Any questions, minor revisions, and bugs during this time will be fixed at no fee. More significant revisions may fall outside of the original scope and may attract additional charges

The reason for this period is to clearly identify a project end date for invoicing, and to provide a set date for the  client to take control of the website, rather than the handover period extending with no closure.

Outside of these 30 days, any critical issues will also be fixed free of charge provided you are hosting with Glide and we have full control of the server environment. Where a 3rd party is responsible for the issue, Glide will provide estimates for investigating and resolving the issue.
I agree to pay the minimum fee for any out of warranty website assistance. *
Unless you have an active website project or maintenance retainer, our minimum fee of $180+GST will be included in our quote to cover initial investigation or scoping time. Our team will be in touch with an estimated cost for your requested update including this minimum fee. If we find that more than 1 hour is required for our initial investigations, we will notify you of this to confirm your approval for an increased quote.
