Prekindergarten/Preschool Screening Request Form
Our prekindergarten/Preschool program is open to all residents of Groton CT.  

The child must be 3 years or older on the date of the screening. Our 2 main screenings are in April/May and August, but we do hold additional screenings throughout the year.  You will be contacted when a screening appointment becomes available.
