Please submit the application at least two weeks prior to the event. The application includes a description of the event, your publicity plan, your target audience, and a detailed budget. A face-to-face meeting may be required to clarify budget and details.
Based on the nature of the program, we can provide both financial and educational resources. We're also happy to help you find a space if you don't have one; just contact us for assistance.
Please submit all receipts to the Hillel office (basement of W11) during business hours (9-5pm) no later than two weeks after the event. Label the receipts with your name and the phrase "Shabbat and Holiday Grant."
Also, please provide:
-Copies of any materials used, educational and promotional.
-A name and email list of all participants.
-Any photos taken at the event.
