Who is involved?
Beatfreeks (check us out on www.beatfreeks.com) will be hosting 3 workshops on behalf of DCMS (Government Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport). 60 young people based in England will be selected to take part across three workshops.

What is it?
A fun and engaging digital workshop. You will be asked a series of questions and to share your opinion on how you feel the Government should prioritise youth spend.

Where will it take place?
The workshop will be hosted on Zoom, if selected to take part an invitation will be shared with you to gain access to the meeting via email. Participants will need to have their camera and sound on throughout the meeting. The meeting will be recorded.

When will it happen?
You will need to have availability on the 23rd and 24th February. Time TBC.

Why is it happening?
The Government want to hear young peoples opinions on how they decide to spend money on young people's services.

How do I take part?

Step One: Complete this application form. You will need to submit contact details so that we can reach out to you to let you know if you have been selected to take part.

Step Two: A member of the Beatfreeks team will be in touch with you to let you know whether or not your application has been successful. If you are successful, they will give more details about the opportunity and keep in touch with you ahead of the workshop. All applicants will be contacted on or before 19th February 2021 (using the contact details you provide within the application form).

Step Three: On the 23rd and 24th February, time TBC. All successful applicants will be invited to a Zoom video call, here you will be asked to share your thoughts and discuss a series of questions about your opinion on how the Government should prioritise youth spend.

Step Four: Once you have participated, your point of contact at Beatfreeks will be in touch to organise a £20.00 voucher of your choice.
