2025 Sundance Commons End of Year Gathering  RSVP
We are excited to announce that we are hosting an End of Season Gathering on Sunday November 30th to celebrate our year so far. We are inviting participants from our past and current programs and friends of Sundance Commons who work within the food and land based movement. This gathering is a fun way to meet new people and reconnect with past friends too.

We will have a catered dinner, locally crafted beverages, seasonal salads and desserts for all attendees. With vegan and gluten-free options provided.

Alongside the great food - there will also be an art zone, music and other fun communal activities.

Once you RSVP, we will send you more detailed instructions a week before the date.

For the dinner, we intend to order Caribbean food with both vegan and gluten-free options. Do you have any dietary needs? We cannot confirm that this environment is peanut/shellfish or other allergy friendly, as we will be hosted in a shared space.  *
Do you understand if after you are confirmed to attend and you cannot make it, that you will let us know this as soon as possible so we can open up the spot to someone else on the waitlist? *
We will be taking photos and videos at the event to share with our grant funder, newsletter and social media. *
