If your child attends St. Rose School you are welcome to sign up to receive automated phone, voice, and text messages from St. Rose School.

Blackboard Connect is our school wide notification system which sends telephone, email, or text messages providing important information about school events or emergencies. We will continue to keep you informed by utilizing Blackboard Connect to notify you of school delays or cancellations due to inclement weather, as well as remind you about various events, including report card distribution, open house, field trips, and early dismissals. In the event of an emergency at school, you will be informed immediately by phone or email using the numbers that have been provided. Please help us keep our database as accurate as possible.

Receiving calls via Blackboard Connect

- Caller ID will display the school's main number (618.526.7484) when an announcement is delivered.
- In an emergency situation, Caller ID is display the call from 411
- Blackboard Connect will leave a message on an answering machine or voicemail should you not pick up the call.
- If the message stops playing or you would like to hear the message again, press any key (1-9) and the message will play
again from the beginning.
- Blackboard Connect calls the primary number(s) provided unless programmed to do otherwise. Only in an emergency will all numbers receive a message and send and email to all addresses.
