I understand that my request will be reviewed by the Catalyst Promotions team, and I will be contacted to discuss my design and fundraiser specifics. I understand that filling out this form is not an agreement by Catalyst to create my design, shirts, or fundraiser. I understand Catalyst will only move forward with my design and fundraiser once all details (including but not limited to design, pricing, timeline, purpose, etc.) are discussed and approved by both myself and Catalyst Promotions. I also understand that Catalyst will require feedback on proofs and plans, and any delay in my responses may result in delays in the fundraiser. I understand that the shirts for my campaign will be printed and shipped after my campaign ends, and supporters can expect to receive their shirts 1-2 weeks after the completion of the campaign.
