2019 POP! Camp Application
POP (People Over Pride!) Camp is a national training space for LGBTQIA Asian & Pacific Islander youth. A partnership between API Equality- Northern California (APIENC) and the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance (NQAPIA), POP Camp is an opportunity for young LGBTQ API leaders and activists from around the country to gain necessary organizing skills to fight for social justice.

Our goal is to create space for and by LGBTQ API youth activists to build relationships, deepen politicization through learning about history, become trained in hard organizing skills, and directly apply their knowledges through initiatives for immigrant rights, racial justice, and other organizing efforts at the camp and beyond!

Since you cannot save this form, we recommend that you write your answers for the short-answer section on a separate document, and then copy-paste your answers once you are done.

COST & ACCESS & AGREEMENT
We want to make POP! Camp accessible for all youth, regardless of cost. Part of that of is asking folks if there are costs that they would be willing to cover for themselves if they have the financial means. Which costs can you (or your organization/employer) cover, if any? *
No one will be turned away for lack of funds. APIENC and NQAPIA are both small organizations, and we are working hard to ensure that cost is never a barrier for anyone, and payment is not part of our decision making criteria. Knowing ahead of time will help us plan our budget, and get the necessary resources we need moving forward! Please also note if your organization or employer can conver the funds. Note: If you can cover part of the registration cost, please indicate how much in the "Other" box.
